Fimmvörðuháls, Laugavegur und Hellismannaleið

The Laugavegur in the southern highlands of Iceland is one of the most famous long-distance hiking trails in the world. Although you will not find solitude here, you will find an absolutely fantastic and incredibly varied landscape, characterized by over thousands of years of active volcanoes. We went the route from the south to the north and extended it with two tours: we put the Fimmvörðuháls pass at the beginning and the less known Hellismannaleið at the end.
